Rama gave the first public demo of Sara AI, showing live how the Bloqcube platform uses AI to accelerate the creation of a Clinical Study Report.
What he did
First, the patients. Every person in that virtual room was working to solve operational inefficiencies in drug development. Smart, committed people doing genuinely important work. That is worth saying out loud.
Second, kudos to CDISC. They have been a stalwart in disseminating standards for clinical research for decades. Most of the innovations demonstrated, including ours, stand on the foundation they built. That does not get acknowledged enough.
Third, Sara AI. Watching our agent demonstrated publicly for the first time, particularly as a key support for the clinical trial monitor, was a moment that will stay with me.
And finally, a broader observation. Innovation in this space does not move in straight lines. It moves by leaps, especially when AI is involved. Having seen the quality of work from our fellow demonstrators, I am confident. This is an area you will be hearing a great deal from in the near future.
