CEO & Founder
Rama has 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, beginning with Eli Lilly. At Novartis he was global head for development finance for Novartis Oncology, the head of development finance for the United States and the CFO of Novartis Pharma in Canada/Russia. He has led operations on four continents with a P&L range up to $3 billion with integrity. His expertise covers FP&A, licensing, M&A, IT, sourcing, supply chain, operations, treasury and clinical development finance, and the use of LEAN methodologies to streamline processes. Educated at prestigious Indian universities and has an MBA from INSEAD, France. He speaks English, French and Hindi.

Ajay Gupta

Ajay has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and contract research organization industry in corporate executive management, international business development, drug discovery and development. He currently works in scientific affairs at Medisca Inc. and was formerly adjunct professor of oncology at McGill University. He has been chairman and CEO of Osta Biotechnologies Inc.; COO and executive vice-president of therapeutics delivery at BioSyntech Inc.; director of chemistry at Neurochem Inc; manager, GMPs synthesis/senior research chemist at MDS Inc.; director of analytical/ADME/pharmacy at ITR Laboratories Inc. He holds a Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Rajan Nagarajan

Rajan has recently retired as the SVP – Supply Chain Management at CTI Foods, LLC. In this role, he had institutionalized process change and continuous improvement to effectively integrate end-to-end supply chains. Core responsibilities include Sales & Operations Execution, Customer Service, Warehouse, Transportation, and Logistics. He has held senior leadership roles at Ford, Kellogg, Philips Medical Systems and JBS Swift. He founded and led a consulting business engaged in process transformation, digital enablement, and change integration to drive and sustain operational excellence. Rajan holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering, an MBA, and an M.S. in computer and information science. He has completed executive leadership programs at the Harvard Business School, University of Michigan and Duke University. He is a certified executive coach and a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.


Neeraj Chandra


Neeraj is the Founder and CEO of Arkit Consultants LLC, a business and strategy consulting firm focused on scaling up of early stage and high growth companies, in Cloud, Blockchain, AI and Internet of Things (IoT) domains. Earlier, he was Vice President of Worldwide Strategy for IBM in the Software Group. Neeraj currently serves on the Advisory Board of  ConnectM Technology Solutions, Blustream Corporation, Elemential Labs, and Alivia Analytics. He is the Chair of TIE ScaleUp Accelerator and is a member of Board of Directors of TIE Boston. He  was educated at Delhi University and has completed advanced management programs at the Harvard Business School.
